Cameroonian model Solange Omon was volunteering at a youth non-profit in Maine when she decided to apply for the Victoria's Secret casting competition in June 2026.

Despite having no professional modelling experience, by October 2026 the 21 year old had beaten ten finalists to be named the brand's latest Angel, making her debut at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show later that month alongside the likes of Candice Swanepoel and Gigi Hadid. Omon has since secured a coveted contract with IMG Models in New York, fronted Victoria's Secret's 2026 Christmas campaign and been profiled by Grazia, Cosmopolitan and Forbes, with more major campaigns surely on the horizon.
