MICO, the Filipino-Canadian singer born Jose Miguel Veloso, went from singing in Discord servers at 16 years old to becoming one of alt-pop punk’s most exciting new voices, amassing a following of 1m on TikTok and over 300m global streams, all before signing to a major label.

His EP Internet Hometown Hero earned him a deal with Columbia Records in September 2025 and the momentum has only grown since, with a 2026 JUNO Award nomination and sold out headline tours across North America and Europe. At just 23 years old, MICO embarks on a UK tour in February 2027.
