Charlotte Tilbury launches debut fragrance

British makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury has announced her debut fragrance collection, developed with mood-enhancing neuroscents. Tilbury commented 'We wanted something that would tell a story beyond science. Of course, it had to smell amazing - so each of these fragrances is very instinctive and really tell a story of love, seduction and serenity'.
