Rising Stars: Pari Thomson

British author Pari Thomson's debut book Greenwild: The World Behind the Door, inspired by the nature of Kew Gardens, won Blackwell's Children's Book of the Year in November 2023, followed by The Waterstones Children's Book Prize in March. This year Thomson due to follow up with the sequel Greenwild: The City Beyond the Sea, set for release on May 23. She is also editorial director for picture books at Bloomsbury Children's Books.
