Rising Stars: Andrea Kimi Antonelli

Andrea Kimi Antonelli has become one to watch, having won last year's Formula Regional Middle East Championship and Formula Regional European Championship. The 17 year old Italian racing driver's early success has allowed him to bypass Formula 3, and he's set to make his debut in Formula 2 for Prema Racing in this year's season. Antonelli has been a Mercedes junior driver since 2019, and with the recent announcement of Lewis Hamilton's departure in 2025, he has the potential to fill his seat, with team principal Toto Wolff commenting 'I think he can be a really great one in this sport'.
