Hajime Sorayama partners with Li-Ning
Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama has partnered with Chinese sportswear and equipment brand Li-Ning to launch the second drop of their collaboration, a collection titled Let Sports Light Your Passion, 'combining futuristic and Oriental characteristics through creative integration of high-performance sports elements and modern arts'. Sorayama 'took inspiration from the torch symbol', as the Li-Ning brand founder had 'once been the bearer of light by carrying the torch for the Olympics in 2008 and the Asian Games in 1990', according to a brand spokesperson.
