Rising Stars: Aude Legastelois

Aude Legastelois, 31, is a French actress tipped to set UK screens alight after being cast as the lead female detective on BBC crime drama, Death In Paradise, in which she joins Versailles and Merlin actor Alexander Vlahos as a newbie in fictional town Saint-Marie, along with screen regulars Ardal O’Hanlon and Tobi Bakare. A relative unknown, the Parisian-born star has previously appeared in TV mini-series Nox and French feature length film, Budapest.
